Q1: Should I book in advance?
A: Yes, we have a limited capacity for both events, and once this is met, no more tickets will be sold. If all tickets are sold out before the event, on the day tickets will not be available. Plus, early bird tickets are cheaper! Tickets will be available online via www.seetickets.com/go/trentham and via the See Tickets 24 hour hotline, 0871 220 0260. Calls cost 13p per minute plus your normal network charge, terms and conditions apply. Early bird tickets are NOT available to purchase at the venue.
Q2: Will I be able to book tickets on the day?
A: Unless tickets have sold out before the day of the event, then yes, you can purchase tickets an on the day until 12 noon or until capacity for the event is met.
Q3: Where and when can I buy tickets?
A: Early Bird tickets and Standard Admission are available online only via See Tickets from Thursday 15 August at 10am. On the day ticket prices are valid all day on the day of the event and grant access from 4pm (unless tickets are sold out prior to the day of the event). Tickets to the event(s) admit you to the concert arena only and do not grant entry to Trentham Gardens.
Q4: Can I buy tickets over the phone?
A: Tickets are available to purchase 24 hours a day on 0871 220 0260. Calls cost 13p per minute plus your normal network charge.
Q5: Can we have our tickets sent out in the post?
A: Tickets are available to be posted for an extra charge. Signed delivery costs £6.50 per order, First Class delivery costs £2.50 per order. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost tickets.
Q6: How many tickets can I purchase in one transaction?
A: Transactions are limited to 30 tickets per booking.
Please be aware that bag checks will be made by trained security guards BEFORE you enter the event. No bottles, naked flames, alcohol, knives, food or drink will be permitted. Bags must be 20x30cm size or smaller.
Q7: Do I have to pay the garden admission charge on top of the event ticket price?
A: Admission to the events is from 4pm via the old main entrance, next to Poachers Cottage (A34). If you wish to visit the gardens during the day you need to purchase a day ticket. There will be no access to the event field prior to 4pm on the day(s) of the event(s).
Q8: Can I bring the dog?
A: Sorry dogs are not allowed to the events, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Q9: Can I bring food and drinks to the concert?
A: No, sorry food and drink purchased outside of the venue will not be permitted past the bag search area. However there will bars and food outlets available inside the area, along with a free drinking water supply. Please feel free to bring an empty, non-glass drinks container.
Q10: Is there disabled access to the concerts?
A: Yes, the route from the old main entrance to the events field is wheelchair friendly and is approximately half a mile in distance. There will be a wheelchair accessible viewing platform, with limited availabilty. Assistance dogs are welcome. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make a reservation for on site disabled parking for blue badge holders and wheelchair platform access. Disabled parking is located approximately half a mile from the concert arena.
Q11: Do carers accompanying disabled persons require a ticket?
A: Carers accompanying a registered disabled visitor will be granted access free of charge to the event(s), however carer passes need to be applied for at least 7 days in advance of the performance by contacting email@example.com Proof of carer identification will be required.
Q12: Do I need an adult to accompany me to the event?
A: Children under the age of 12 are not be permitted entry to the event(s). If you are 16 or over, you do not need an adult to accompany you to our events. Children aged 12-15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult age 18+ at all times. Challenge 25 will be in operation, so anybody who appears to be under the age of 25 will be asked for ID when purchasing alcohol from the bar. If you’re lucky enough to look under 25, please bring along proof of age ID, thank you.
Q13: Will access to Trentham Gardens be affected during the event?
A: From Friday 27 September, access to the upper flower garden and upper Italian Garden will be restricted as well as the events field. All other areas will remain open for general admission and the Gardens will be open until 7pm daily on the day of the event(s).
LOCATION & LEAVING SITE
Q14: Where do the concerts take place?
A: The events will take place on the events field, located behind the Italian Gardens Tearoom.
Q15: How do I access the event?
A: Pedestrian access to the event will be via the old main entrance, next to Poacher’s Cottage (A34).
Q16: Are the events outdoors?
A: Yes all of the events are outdoors. It is not a covered area. It's open to the elements so wear suitable clothing and footwear. Camping chairs are not permitted.
When leaving the site, please consider our neighbours, leave quietly and have a safe onward journey home.
Q17: Where can I park for the events?
A. There will be free park and ride transport in operation from the bet365 stadium. No parking will be available for concert visitors at the Trentham Estate on the day(s) of the event(s), with the exception of blue badge parking. The bet365 car park will open at 2pm, with the first bus leaving for Trentham at 4pm. Buses will operate approximately every 5-10 minutes until 7pm. The bet365 car park will close at 1.30am. Cars cannot be left overnight, any cars left behind will be locked inside the bet365 South Car Park. Disabled parking will be available at the Trentham Estate main north car park on the day of the event(s) however a disabled permit must be applied for in advance via firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 days prior to the event(s).
Q18: Where can I be dropped off/picked up for the event?
A: There will be drop off points located at the Main North Entrance of The Trentham Estate car park, however there will be no concert parking available on site. Please follow signs and marshal directions for the drop off points when arriving on the day of the event(s). Taxis will also be directed to a specific zone.
Q19: What is the latest time I will be permitted entry to the event?
A: Event entry will be permitted via the Old Main Entrance (A34, Poachers Cottage) until 8pm on the night of the event(s). Anybody arriving after 8pm will be unable to access the concert area.
Q20: What if I book my tickets but then can't make the event?

Q21: What if it rains on the day of the event?
A: If it is bad weather on the day of the event, but the performance carries on as scheduled, there will be no refunds.
If storms are forecast, please be advised that the decision to cancel will not be made until 10am on the day of the event(s), and will be announced on social media/website.
In the unlikely event that a performance is cancelled refunds will be given, however they will not be given on the date of the event.
Trentham prohibits photography and use of video/recording equipment during performances, unless for private use. Prior consent must be obtained for photography and filming at events.
