Wildfamilies with Staffordshire Wildlife Trust
Wildfamilies at Trentham is a drop-in session with Staffordshire Wildlife Trust, during October Half Term. Aimed at engaging you and your children in nature through a range of wondrous activities.
You'll find this activity near the Italian Garden Tearoom and playground in the Staffordshire Wildlife Trust shelter. Each session there will be a trail, natural craft and hands on wildlife discovery. Activities range from bug hunting, bird feeder making, owl pellet dissection, to flower pounding and natural art. All events are suitable for all ages, free of charge with garden admission.
What else is going on in the gardens?
Trentham Gardens is also home to 16 enchanting fairies, which live around our beautiful mile long lake, in the woodlands and in the gardens. Each fairy has a different personality, some are bold, others cheeky daring and shy. The fairies will even pose for photographs; however they may try and upstage you!
Remember Trentham Gardens is a photographers dream so bring your camera and remember to upload it to Instagram with the #trenthamgardens.
