It is with a heavy heart that we find ourselves unable to welcome you during these difficult times. We would just like to reassure you that your membership is now frozen, and the time that we are closed will not be lost.
We are looking at various options to ensure that you don’t miss out on these glorious months of spring. We could simply extend your membership for the lost time, or - dependent upon the duration of the closure - we could offer complimentary admission for the “lost months” to use in 2021.
This will very much depend on when your membership expires, and when we reopen - as we would understand you not wishing to accept winter months in exchange for summer ones.
If you have purchased or received an annual ticket as a gift, and have not yet activated it, we will extend the validity date so that you will be able to activate it when we reopen.
Update from Tesco 14 April: Similarly, in the coming few weeks Tesco will be extending the validity of unredeemed Clubcard vouchers from 6 months to 12 months from the original order date. You will receive an update from them about this directly.

The messages we have been receiving in droves, full of love for Trentham and so massively supportive have been a real tonic to the staff. Particularly those who see you regularly. Some very kind members have been asking if they can renew, even though we are not yet open! We are working on an online system that will enable online renewal… so please watch this space, as we’ll be asking you to register for this service.
Please be assured that you are a very important and valued member of the Trentham family. We miss you and can’t wait to welcome you back, as soon as it is safe to do so.
