Booking Your Tickets - Date/Time Slots
Existing members will need to book a pre-arrival date and time slot online - here's how to do that...
You will need to visit this site to book your tickets - Trentham Ticketing - but please read the steps below before you try to purchase tickets.
This is a new site and you will need to create an account to be able to purchase tickets. If you are a current member, we will be emailing you details on how to set up your account.
If you haven't been emailed and have a valid ticket, then please follow this link - Set up an existing membership - and you will be able to set up your account. This link will take you to a Forgotten Password page which you can use to set a password for the first time. You will need to use the email associated with your membership. Should the email not be recognised, then please email email@example.com or drop us a message on Facebook or Twitter, with your membership number and expiry date, and we'll check this for you. Please note there is a 2-3 working day response time at the moment as we're working through a high volume of enquiries.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT sign up as a new member as this won't link your membership number to your email and the date/time slots will not appear. You will also need to ensure your membership is still active.
Once you have successfully created an account please go to the - Trentham Ticketing website.
From here you will be able to purchase your date/time slots to visit Trentham Gardens.
On this page, you should see the below image, if not then you will need to login. To login please click the 'Login' button in the top right-hand corner, if you can't see this, and are on mobile, you may need to rotate your screen so it is horizontal.
Select your Date and Time
At the next step, you can select the date, time and number of people visiting with you. Please do keep to those within your own home to follow current Government rules.
Pick Your Time Slot
The next screen shows you the available time slots on your chosen date and around your chosen time. Each time slot has a capacity against it so if your time slot is fully booked, this will not show and we ask you to select another.
Who is visiting?
Those in your household should already be showing on the list but if they aren't you can click NEW and follow the simple instructions under Existing Member, or find out how to add them here. Please note that currently, only those with an active membership will be added.
In the example below the two people visiting are:
- Trentham Fern
- Miss Elizabeth
You will then be taken to the payment page. As the time slots are free tickets then you will simply need to agree to the T&Cs, by ticking the appropriate box, and clicking 'Proceed'.
