Arriving at the shops by coach?
Coach journeys are undoubtedly the most convenient option for travel - someone else does all the driving whilst you sit comfortably and enjoy the views. However, it only takes one hiccup to turn stress-free travel into something a little unpleasant. With this in mind, we’ve come up with some top tips for coach trips to ensure you’re relaxed and ready to shop when you arrive at Trentham’s Shopping Village.
There’s nothing worse than a long journey with an item of clothing nagging at you. Don’t let a tight waistline, uncomfortable shoes, or an awkwardly fitting top start your day off wrong. Try to wear loose fitting clothing and worn-in shoes that you know you’ll be able to wear frustration-free all day.
It’s easy to panic-pack when you’re away from home comforts and conveniences for the day. However, it’s unlikely that you’ll need that second umbrella, or 3rd pack of tissues. Travel light to ensure you’re not hauling around unnecessary baggage for the day (afterall, you’ll likely have accumulated a few shopping bags by the end of the day!)
You never know when those hunger pangs will strike, and travelling on an empty stomach is never enjoyable! We have a wealth of cafes and restaurants waiting for you at the Trentham Shopping Village, but it’s a good idea to keep a snack or two along with a drink in the event that you can’t wait!
Keep yourself entertained
The Midlands is scattered with beautiful scenery for you to appreciate along your journey, however a coach trip is the perfect opportunity to get stuck into that book you’ve been reading, or listen to some relaxing music. You could even take a diary to jot down memories of your day at the Trentham Shopping Village.

We’re confident that you’ll have a great day out with us. Once you’ve finished shopping, there’s plenty more to explore such as Trentham Gardens and Trentham Monkey Forest.
