Staffordshire’s Trentham Estate is set to turn the clocks back this June, when the parkland will echo to the nostalgic sounds of 1940s Big Band swing to celebrate the gardens 15th anniversary, and commemorate the 75th anniversary of the D Day Landings.
It’s nice to have a day completely dedicated to our Mums. Although we appreciate them every single day, it’s great to have a day where we can express our love for our Mums and really let her know just how much she means to us. The thing is, our Mums deserve the absolute best; so how do we treat her to an amazing Mother’s Day?
Spring has certainly arrived at Trentham, with intense bursts of vibrant colour as we move into March. Arriving in the Italian Garden from the visitor centre will see you greeted with glowing banks of Narcissus tumbling down the hillside from the tea rooms in the distance.
Summer Saturday nights are set to sizzle like never before at award-winning Trentham Gardens, thanks to its biggest-ever concert line-up aimed at celebrating the 15th anniversary of the historic estate re-opening to the public.
After what seems like an eternity of cold, dark days, spring will finally be welcomed with open arms on the 31st March, just in time for one of our favourite days of the year - Mother’s Day! If you want to show Mum how appreciated she is, treat her to a Mother’s Day lunch at one of the many eateries at The Trentham Estate in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
