Visit for less this Easter at Trentham
There's lots of exciting Easter activities planned in the gardens and you can enjoy 20%* off your visit by using code EASTER20 when buying your day tickets online.
Can you find our Mythical Creatures?
On your walk around the gardens you may find the mythical nests of a dragon, a phoenix and a unicorn. Can you grab a photo before they return and grab you! Those who are brave enough to try don't forget to share them with us using the #TrenthamGardens
These beasts aren't the only mythical creature you'll find at Trentham this Easter. Keep your eyes peeled as you walk around the lake, through the woodland, and down to the bottom of the garden, where the Fairies at Trentham live! The latest fairy is ‘Dancing with Dandelions’, who's flew into the Rivers of Grass area of the gardens last year to visit her fairy friends.
Meet the Baby Lambs
During the Easter weekend (19-22 April) meet the Farmer and his wife during Lambing Live and learn about the Jacob and Hebridean lambs, the latest additions to the gardens. See if you can spot 'Banksy' the first lamb born at Trentham Gardens in 2019 and named after Gordon Banks. You can find out more about him on our blog.
Spring has Spring in the gardens
The Spring Bulb Festival is also starting to flourish in the gardens. The festival, which is helping us to celebrate 15 years of reopening, takes inspiration from the Dutch layering of bulbs to create carpets of colour with Trentham's own contemporary twists.
Spring is certainly in the air with 23 signs of spring to spot with the help of our spring spotter pack. Simply pick up a leaflet and Trentham Gardens pencil (£1). There's even a bowl of spring flowers to colour in when you're taking a break or to take home with you.
Find your own Adventure
Head to the playground where they can tackle the assault course, zoom down the zip wire and fly high on the swings. If that's not enough they can work their way through the Hornbeam maze.
Trentham is a wildlife haven so keep your eyes peeled for flocks of finches feeding on the meadows or migrating birds on the lake. Wildlife being shy? Discover galloping deer and a fox creeping through the undergrowth as part of a Nature in Bronze wildlife sculptures installation or look out for the wood carvings by Andy Burgess which include diving otters, stag beetles and a kingfisher.
