Find the Fairies at Trentham
Everyone knows that fairies live at the bottom of gardens and Trentham Gardens is no different.
Keep your eyes peeled as you walk around our beautiful mile-long lake, and through the woodland, maze and gardens where the Fairies at Trentham live.
Titania points the way to her 14 fairy friends from the shopping village. Each fairy is different, some are bold and will want to shake your hand, others are shy and are harder to spot high up in the trees. Can you find them all?
Landscape restoration including tree maintenance is in progress on the west side of the lake. The path will be closed from the Lakeside Café to the Giant Mushrooms. This means that two fairies aren’t accessible - Swoosh and Tranquil. The closure is in place from Monday to Friday for up to 3 weeks. The path will open at weekends. Please ask a member of staff for alternative walk suggestions.
We’ve now said goodbye to “Anahi” who was living on the Giant Dandelions. Keep your eyes peeled later this year for more visiting fairies...
The fairy trail is included in the price charged for garden admission. Take the Trentham Fairy Trail to enter the prize draw to win an Annual Ticket! Share your fairy pics with us via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, remembering the #trenthamgardens.

Inspired by an inexplicable real life encounter, the fairies are painstakingly created from galvanised and stainless steel wire, by local artist Robin Wight. www.fantasywire.co.uk. His daughter Amy Wight, created the new giant dandelions which are located between the annual meadow, and the lake. You can read more about the process in the blog written by our own ‘Fairy Man’.
