The Trentham Estate is an outstanding example of economic regeneration and private property developer, St Modwen commenced a £100 million programme to breath new life into Trentham over seven years ago. The Trentham Estate has now firmly established itself as one of the UK’s top tourist and leisure destinations and is undoubtedly proving to be a significant boost to the North Staffordshire economy.

The massive Trentham Garden Centre and Phase 2 of our speciality shopping experience ‘Trentham Shopping Village’ are now well established.
St Modwen is embarking on a major landscape restoration of historic parkland at the Trentham Estate, to plant about 10,000 trees and recreate the 18th Century landscape character of North Park.
Over the next few years, Trentham will see some major developments, including phase 3 expansion of Trentham Shopping Village and the introduction of a number of new attractions and activities, as well as the exclusive five-star Trentham Hall Hotel.
